					 1. What are the requirements to rent a car? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									You must hold a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license or an International Driving Permit. We accept new drivers, even if you have less than 2 years of driving experience*.								
				
									*Subject to terms and vehicle eligibility.								
				
					 2. How do I book a vehicle? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Bookings are done through WhatsApp. Just tell us your preferred vehicle, rental period, and collection date. We’ll respond with availability and pricing.								
				
					 3. What payment methods do you accept? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									We accept:								
				- PayNow
 - Bank Transfer
 - Cash
 
					 4. Is delivery available? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Yes, we provide vehicle delivery services:								
				- One-way: $60
 - Two-way: $100
 - Delivery is based on availability within the window of 10 AM – 6 PM.
 
					 5. Are there any hidden charges? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									No. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.								
				
					 6. Can I rent if I just got my license? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Yes. We are new-driver friendly and welcome drivers with less than 2 years of driving experience*, subject to selected vehicle types.								
				
									*Subjected to terms and conditions.								
				
					 7. What happens if I return the car late? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Late returns may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you expect a delay so we can advise accordingly.								
				
									(Late returns incur additional charges of $50 per hour or part thereof.)								
				
					 8. Do your cars come with insurance? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Yes, all our rental vehicles are covered under basic rental insurance. Additional coverage can be arranged upon request.								
				
					 9. Can I rent a modified car for everyday use? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									Yes. Many of our modified JDM cars are road legal and suitable for daily driving. They’re maintained for both safety and performance.								
				
					 10. What is your return or refund policy? 
							
			
			
		
						
				
									As we provide service-based rentals, returns or refunds are not applicable. All bookings are final once confirmed.
